scrapbooking - Archived SbLs Videos

Once upon a time, I had the good luck to be working with some amazing scrapbookers on an online scrapbook show for Scrapbooks Etc. magazine. Unfortunately, not much of the 7 seasons worth of shows are available to me but I've compiled all the ones I could find on the internet. I'm starting with Season 2 when we still did a daily format with guests. It was similar to the format of the "While You Were Out" design show. These 5 days worth of shows were shot in the winter of 2007. By the summer of 2007, the producers of the show changed the show's format slightly and went with one longer weekly show. The show ended in December of 2007 and I was happy to be the last featured designer. Unfortunately, I don't have access to my show on "green" scrapping but I have great memories!

2 Years Worth of Videos- Lost and Then FOUND- Woot!

I thought I had lost access to most of the videos I made for Scrapbook LifeStyle. Luckily, I happened to think of searching my name on the ScrapbooksEtc.com/BetterTV site and found quite a few of them archived! I'm still not sure how to link to them specifically but I am happy to share how to find them:

1.Go to http://my.scrapbooksetc.com/bettertv/

2. Enjoy the latest episode Scrapbooks Etc. has running while you search for Scrapbook LifeStyle videos

3. Type "Angela Daniels" in the "Submit Query" box at the top, left-hand area of the home page.

4. From here, you can find your way through different SbLs videos. For example, you'll notice that I am featured in "Typography 1 & 2" but there are actually 2 more videos that aren't tagged with my name. Now that you know they are titled "Typography," you can use the same "Submit Query" box to find the rest of the episodes featuring Leah Fung and Pattye Duffner.

I love factory tours. Mostly the food ones where you get samples at the end but really, I'm up for any of them. I thought going to the Lawry's seasoning plant tour in L.A. was a really cool day when I was a kid. So you know I was digging this episode of Scrapbook LifeStyle when the crew went out to Wisconsin to visit the 2Peas founders and their warehouse. I love that they have their dogs in there with them!

For this episode, the producers asked Pattye to make something "Crazy, Like Hilde would do on Trading Spaces." I don't think Pattye is REALLY a feather kind of scrapper but she's a good sport so she ran with it. Funny thing is, the feather page seemed to be the mom's favorite page!
